My Story
My name is Mohammad Najaar, and the path to success for Government Contract Consultants LLC began with my own search for opportunity. I started by pursuing contracts for my own business, learning quickly that federal contracting is complex and filled with trial-and-error lessons. Instead of being discouraged, I dove deep into research, submitted bids, and gained valuable hands-on experience navigating USPS requirements and federal procurement processes. That journey confirmed for me that persistence pays off in this field.
That turning point inspired me to help others. My first client was Forward Freight Logistics, a freight broker that I guided into the federal marketplace. From there, my role grew naturally, leading me to support more businesses in navigating registrations, compliance, and proposals.
While my professional background includes leadership roles in logistics, transportation, and government contracting, what drives me today is something more personal: making the process clearer, easier, and more accessible for others. I know what it feels like to start from scratch, and I want to help business owners move forward with the confidence that they, too, can succeed in federal contracting.

My work is built on years of experience in logistics, transportation, and government contracting, including managing my own USPS federal contract. This active involvement keeps me connected to the daily realities of compliance, performance, and growth in the contracting space.
My professional background includes serving as an On-Site Manager for Global Forwarding Logistics, a Government Contract Manager for Forward Freight Logistics, and the owner of MN Courier LLC, where I oversaw delivery operations. I also played a key role in expanding logistics operations into California, giving me insight into scaling businesses across regions.
At Government Contract Consultants, I combine this practical experience with proven strategies to help clients overcome challenges in registration, compliance, and proposal submission. My goal is simple: to equip businesses with the tools and credibility they need to secure contracts, grow steadily, and become trusted government partners.
